Every partnership runs for twelve months and covers both conferences in that period. The fee is invoiced once, not charged by card — we'll send it after we've talked.

Nothing is charged here. We read every application, come back to you within a week to talk it through, and only then send an invoice.
When your partnership is approved you get a code. Whoever is coming enters it on the registration form and their pass costs nothing — no invoice, no refund to chase. The allowance resets for each conference.
Yes. The twelve months run from the day we approve you, not from January, and cover whichever two conferences fall inside them.
Say so in the application. Several of our partnerships have been put together around something specific a business needed, and the packages below are a starting point rather than a menu.
No. We'll ask you a month before it runs out, and it stops there if you'd rather.
